Store Policies

Along with our buying policies, we have some tips for you to get the best value for your LEGO® sets, minifigures, bulk, and other licensed items.

Used Sets: Make sure your used sets are fully built and have the minifigures with each set. We will be able to easily check for missing parts/figs to make the best offer. It's okay if you are missing side builds or any minifigures. Our offer will reflect what you do have of the set. DO NOT bring a bag full of loose bricks and claim a that is a complete set. We are can only buy any loose bricks as BULK.

New in Box Retired Sets: As our policy states, we cannot purchase new in box sets that are currently available on LEGO.com. However, we are more than excited to purchase any new in box retired set. Boxes factory sealed and in great condition will get top dollar that we are allowed to offer. Any sealed boxes that are damaged or faded will reflect in the offer made. We will also accept retired sets where the seal is broken but we will need to confirm all bags and instructions are factory sealed and accounted for.

Minifigures: Minifigures should be as complete as possible when brought in for sale. Our decisions on completeness is based on the Bricklink.com parts list. We may make an offer on minifigures that are missing parts but that is based on our needs for backstock. We will not purchase any minifigures that are broken, cracked, faded, scratched, or marked up with paint or markers. Any Collectible Minifigures (CMFs) must have all accessories to be considered complete. 

Bulk: Bulk consists of any loose bricks, wheels, windshields, printed or stickered bricks, foliage, food, weapons, etc. Please make sure your bulk containers are free of any other items and debris. All bulk pieces must be official LEGO brand parts. We DO NOT purchase any other brand of building pieces. Our current rate for bulk purchases is $1 cash / $2 store credit per gallon of bulk.

Miscellaneous Items: We purchase other LEGO branded items as well at our discretion. This may include keychains, wall hangers, LEGO employee gifts, board games, etc. We DO NOT purchase any of the LEGO video game discs, building tables, or most storage containers.

 

 

Any item that you see in the store may be put on hold for you. When you call or see us in person, we will add a note to the item(s) consisting of your name, phone number, date of request, and marked UNPAID. These items(s) will be held in the back for three days after your request. Any item remaining in the back at the end of the third full business day will be placed back on the floor. NOTE: The item(s) "on hold" will still be available on the website for purchase. In the event any or all of your item(s) are sold to someone else online, we will call to let you know. The best way to guarantee your item(s) are saved for you is to make the purchase in store or online at BAMMETAIRIE.COM.

Any item(s) PURCHASED will be held as long as needed. We will make weekly reminders for you to pick up your item if you haven't specified a pick-up date. Remember, you can purchase online and pick-up in store!
